You should really start to think ab out the words that you're using in your product descriptions, oder bumps, upsells, downsells, and how you present the thank you page. It all goes back to those little tweaks and things that you can change on your funnel to sell your product more.

  • A great book that I recommend is "Words that Sell" by Richard Bayan 
  • This book will give you more options for word choices
  • For example, the word powerful... in Words That Sell you can find other words to replace powerful. Like dramatic, spectacular, explosive and even knock out and many more
  • This book is only $16.00 and totally worth it!!
the importance of a book..
  • This book used to sit on my shelf, I was always indifferent to it. Then I started thumbing through it and thought that it would be cool to start adding some words. 
  • Two examples that have worked really well for me are "Premium" and "Tactical"
Which words to choose.. 
  • "Premium" I was selling a backpack as an order bump. We called it a three pocket backpack. On that we were getting a 15% conversion. Pretty good for an order bump. From there all I did was change the name of the backpack. I put the word premium in from of three pocket backpack. I then stood back and watched to see if adding that extra word made any difference in our conversions. So now with the word premium we went from a 15% take to a 25-30% take.
  • "Tactical" we have a tactical section with our Limitact brand. We started using the word Tactical and saw results that we did when we used the word premium. Went went from an 8% conversion on the order form to a 13% conversion.
